Our students come in fresh as beginners, some have perhaps only picked up an instrument a few times at a mates house or in a classroom setting. My job is to take that child on a journey to discover the joy of music, and how to apply it’s use within a band context. Entering year 6 is a good moment to pause to see if they would like to continue, and then it’s full steam ahead for Terms 1-3 before giving space to the Schools Drama Production and Graduation Event planning.
